RETURNS

Although we always hope you love your purchase, if, for some reason,  it isn’t quite right you can send it back to us for a refund and here’s how….

Our Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all packaging intact.


We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition and packaging, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.


For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.


How should my item be returned?

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase (excluding earrings).

Please fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel or write a full returns cover note within your parcel so we can process your request swiftly.


The following details must be included in your return:
 - Your full name, email address and phone number
 - Order number
 - Reason for return


* We cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons.

*Orders returned without an order slip or returns cover note will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please do not send back your item without any information, even if you’ve received a free returns postage label.


UK Returns

All UK purchases have free tracked returns, please follow the below instructions:

 - Fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel or provide a full returns cover note.

 - Email hello@lunacharles.co.uk quoting your order number & items to be returned and we will email you a free returns postage label with further instructions to complete your return.


International Returns

All International returns can be sent back within 21 days of your order arriving with you. Unfortunately the delivery is not currently free of charge. Please follow the below instructions:


Fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel or provide a full returns cover note.

Send your parcel back to our returns address using a tracked postal service.

Refunding your item(s)

Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order.


Credit or Debit Card - We will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.

PayPal - Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.


*Please note customs duties and additional fees paid are non-refundable.

Can I exchange my item for a different size/colour?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Please place a new order for the correct item and return your original to us.


I've lost my returns form

Sales & Promotional Discount Refunds

We understand that you may have purchased an item recently that has now been reduced in price, unfortunately this is just a case of bad timing. So sadly we cannot refund the difference in price if this occurs, we hope you understand.


Returning a Luna Charles item purchased from another retailer

If you bought your item in a store or on a different website, unfortunately we cannot process your return. Please contact the retailer directly.
