We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders dispatching within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. 

Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Luna Charles. We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 21 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all packaging intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you or place a credit on your account at our discretion.

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition and packaging, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

HOW TO RETURN
If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 7 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods this may take up to 14 days.

UK
If you are based in the UK, to organise your product return, please head to our Returns Portal (click to access), and follow the steps outlined. You'll just need your order number and the email address used to make your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL
All International returns can be sent back within 21 days of your order arriving with you. Please follow the below instructions:

  • Send your parcel back to our returns address using a tracked postal service - please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return.
  • Return address: Luna Charles, Waseley Hills Country Park, Gannow Green Lane, Rubery. Birmingham, B45 9AT, UK

Please ensure you retain your proof of postage.

 

*We cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons.
*Orders returned without an order slip or returns cover note will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please do not send back your item without any information.



EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. Please place a new order for the correct item and return your original to us.
